ContentStudio vs Ocoya vs Predis for Multi-Brand Agencies
ContentStudio, Ocoya and Predis compared for agencies running 3-10 client brands: what each plan counts, AI features, client approvals and real cost.
ContentStudio, Ocoya and Predis all sit in the same price band and all promise AI-assisted posts plus scheduling. For a boutique agency with 3-10 client brands, the real difference is what each plan counts as a "brand", and where the client sign-off happens.
Pricing checked against official sites in October 2026; confirm before buying.
The short answer
- ContentStudio fits agencies that want separate client workspaces, a client approval step and reporting in one place. Its Agency Unlimited plan removes the workspace and user ceilings.
- Ocoya fits teams that want fast caption-plus-visual generation and a simple monthly price tied to users and social profiles.
- Predis fits agencies whose clients live on visual formats (carousels, short video, ads) and who want per-brand kits.
None of them is a clear winner for every agency. Pick based on which limit you will hit first.
Each tool counts "multi-brand" differently
This is where most agencies get caught out. Each vendor meters a different thing:
- ContentStudio meters workspaces, social accounts and users. One client usually equals one workspace.
- Ocoya meters users, social profiles and AI credits. The pricing page lists users, profiles and credits per plan, but publishes no workspace or brand limit. Confirm how client separation works during the trial.
- Predis meters brands, social channels and credits. Each brand holds a logo, colours, tone of voice and key messaging.
Before you compare prices, write down three numbers: how many clients, how many social profiles across all clients, and how many people on your team need a login. Each tool's pricing will make sense against only one or two of those.

ContentStudio: built around client workspaces
ContentStudio is the most agency-shaped of the three. Its homepage describes dedicated workspaces per client, a link clients use to connect their own social accounts, calendars you can share with external approvers, and "no-login access" for client review and sign-off. The pricing page lists exports and scheduled reports, competitor analytics, and an inbox with assignments from the Advanced plan up.
The AI side covers captions from a prompt, hashtags, AI images and AI video, metered by monthly credits.
Watch out for:
- The Standard plan has no approval workflow and one workspace. It is a single-brand plan.
- Advanced includes approvals but only two workspaces and two users. Extra workspaces are $10/mo, extra social accounts $5/mo and extra users $10/mo, so a 5-client agency adds up quickly. Add-ons are priced per month; whether the annual discount applies to them is not stated.
- White-label is a $50/mo (or $500/yr) add-on on Agency Unlimited, not part of the base price.
Ocoya: generation speed and simple seat pricing
Ocoya's homepage leads with generation: captions, visuals and hashtags in one pass, translation into 37 languages, images, carousels and short video in your brand style. Brand settings (voice, colours, fonts, audience) are kept on file as a brand kit.
For approvals, Ocoya's help center describes an "Ask for approval" button in the post editor, with a choice of client or internal approval. The reviewer gets an email, then picks "Approve" or "Needs rework" and leaves feedback.
Watch out for:
- The pricing page shows monthly prices only. If you want annual billing, ask for the yearly figure before committing.
- The pricing page publishes users, profiles and credits per plan, but no workspace or brand limit. Confirm how many client brands you can keep separate in the trial.
- 300 credits on Starter may not last a month across several clients. Test your real volume.
- The pricing page does not say which plan includes client approval. Confirm before you buy.
Predis: visual-first, priced per brand
Predis is the most visual of the three. It generates images, carousels and videos from credits, and each brand holds a logo, colours, tone of voice and key messaging. It also runs competitor analysis on Facebook and Instagram, metered per run.
Its pricing page lists an approval workflow among its features, but the per-plan availability is not published in plain text, so confirm it in the trial.
Watch out for:
- The Core plan includes only 1 social channel. For an agency, that rules out the entry plan on its own; Rise includes 40 channels and Enterprise+ 400.
- Rise covers up to 4 brands. Brand 5 onward costs $5/mo each, or you move to Enterprise+ for unlimited brands.
- The trial is 3 days and takes a card, which is charged when day 3 ends. Cancel before then if it is not for you.
Size it to your agency: a copy-paste worksheet
Fill this in with your own numbers. The example column is an illustrative placeholder, not a recommendation.
| Input | Your agency | Example (placeholder) |
|---|---|---|
| Client brands | ___ | 6 |
| Social profiles across all clients | ___ | 18 (3 per client) |
| Team members who need a login | ___ | 3 |
| Clients who must sign off before posting | ___ | 4 |
| Posts per client per week | ___ | 5 |
| Visual-heavy clients (carousels, video) | ___ | 2 |
Applying the published limits to the placeholder example:
- ContentStudio Advanced: 2 workspaces + 4 extra ($40) + 8 extra social accounts ($40) + 1 extra user ($10) = $49 + $90 on annual billing. Agency Unlimited at $99/mo billed annually covers it outright.
- Ocoya Team: $79/mo covers 5 users and 20 profiles. Confirm the brand separation and whether 1,500 credits cover roughly 120 posts a month.
- Predis Rise: $40/mo billed annually covers 4 brands; 2 extra brands add $10/mo. 18 profiles fit inside the 40 included channels.
The cheapest sticker price rarely wins once you count your actual brands and profiles.
Honest trade-offs
| If you need... | Strongest fit | Trade-off to accept |
|---|---|---|
| Client sign-off inside the tool | ContentStudio (Advanced and up) | Workspace, account and user add-ons on Advanced |
| Branded client reports | ContentStudio | Reports are only as good as your connected accounts |
| Many client brands with per-brand kits | Predis (unlimited brands on Enterprise+) | Credits drain faster on video |
| Multilingual caption output | Ocoya (37 languages) | Brand/workspace limits not published on pricing page |
| Carousels, video, ad creatives | Predis | Entry plan includes only 1 social channel |
| One predictable monthly bill | Ocoya | Agency plan jumps to $199/mo |
Where a drafting-first tool fits
All three tools try to cover the full chain: generate, approve, schedule, report. Some agencies find the weak link is earlier. The drafts come out generic because the AI doesn't hold enough context about each client, so the team rewrites them before they ever reach approval.
A brand-context drafting tool like Impret takes the other approach. It keeps each client's brand context saved and produces a week of drafts per client without re-briefing the AI each time. It also schedules to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads and email on paid plans (Pro $39/mo, Agency $99/mo).
Be clear about what it doesn't do:
- No client-approval tracking. If your clients must sign off inside a tool, you need ContentStudio, Ocoya or Predis, or a separate approval process.
- No analytics dashboards. Reporting has to happen elsewhere.
It makes sense when draft quality per client is your bottleneck, and less sense when approvals or reporting are.
A two-week trial checklist
Run the same test in each tool so you compare like with like:
- Set up your two most different clients (for example, one formal B2B brand and one casual consumer brand).
- Generate five posts per client from the same one-line brief.
- Count how many drafts need a rewrite before you'd send them to the client.
- Send one post through the client approval flow to a colleague acting as the client. Note whether they needed an account.
- Schedule one post per channel and confirm it published.
- Check the credit or usage meter after the test and estimate a full month.
- Write down the plan you would actually need at your client count, including add-ons.
Pick the tool that loses the fewest hours in steps 3 and 4. If you are also tightening the sign-off side, our post on building a content approval workflow for multi-brand agencies pairs well with this one.
